You don’t need an Independence day 2 feel patriotic. During the run –up 2 Independence day and Republic day, the atmosphere in the country is suddenly infused with patriotism. Playing of songs of yester years, release of films on the freedom struggle, commercial brks on television saluting nation, sale of India flags etc……,,, become common on the eve of Independence day and on the day of Independence, do such things show r demonstrate patriotism.{ sorry ppl , I have nothing against celebrating independence day , y only show that much enthu for our country on Independence day , y not always show tht ur an Indian } I am a proud 2 be an Indian and by flying the tricolors,{ this is subjected 2 rule against using national flag by Indian cricketers} one shows his love for his country.{what’s wrong in tht} The Indian flag does not belong 2 the government or the bureaucracy, it belongs to every Indian. A bureaucracy that is global and un imaginable in nature is only attainable if v celebrate independence day every day and not feel patriotic for just one day of the year “ India” is lacking behind in global route coz of our national constitutional rules and gov policies which r not categorically defined, they all rvague in nature .we have 2 over come the defects first and then revive them … One out every six ppl living on earth is an Indian , so wer ever u go u can c an Indian {better than hutch network} , though population is enormous the knowledge and the talent v posses in our country is nxt 2 infinity , so v have 2 b innovative and make a giant stride in making India an great nation {not tht it not grt now , it s grt always}{I meant a developed nation} by trying 2 overcome all the stride which come in b/w us. What all has “India achieved in last 59 yrs “: 1.Ter is ample proof in the country tht tht woman can build strong{still not enough , I would love 2 c women in much higher position} 2. India has an abiding tradition on secularism{ has done well with caste and creed and all the religions , a muslim is never seen as muslim r an dalit is never seen as dalit every 1 is equal , that’s what gov claims even though I don’t agree a lot on tht {Gujart incident.} 3. India is one of the super powers when it comes 2 it industry! 4. India is doing well wen it comes 2 education , education in India has improved leaps and bounce wen compared 2 prev years { but still has 2 improve a lot} Ter r many more but I cant name every 1 and all , but I would love 2 end with the most imp thing which India has achieved in all is tht India has the grtest democracy . Its all said done but 2 c our nation prosper its all in our hands not in some tom r harry , every Indian is responsible for making our nation grt … every one should c a Mohan Bargav{srk in swadesh} in him ...

India still has bad sex ratios, showing that the girl child is still unwanted.
India is surely not secular...and have failed horribly in the process of removing caste.
India is surely not a superpower in industry...most of the cars on our roads are still not Indian.
And India sucks big time in primary education.
Sorry, this was not an attempt at finding mistakes, but just an attempt to remove some misconceptions. We still have a long long way to go before we reach any of what you consider "India's achievements".
Also in my opinion, our democracy has also hampered our growth because of the need for votes, the politicians have become myopic.

India is not a super power in industry but quite gud in it industry thts wht i mentioned...{may b iw as wrong in ter} I cant understand wen u said tht India is hammpered coz of democracy...{i dont bel in dictatorship...} its very hard 2argue with an iit+iimb {coz u ppl r some genious} guy, but i still say tht india is striving in the rite direction...
